You’re welcome to be there, but it isn’t required as long as we have safe access to the property. Many clients provide keys or lockbox access and we lock up once finished.

For short-stay properties we reset the space for the next guest: bathrooms and kitchen cleaned, floors done, surfaces wiped, bins emptied, and beds remade with fresh linen if supplied or arranged. We can also provide photo updates on request.
Yes. Just let us know as early as possible so we can adjust the schedule. Some services may require notice depending on the booking type.
